At My Storybook, we respect your right to control your personal data and privacy. You have the right to request complete and permanent deletion of all your personal information, story creations, and associated account records.
How to Request Data Deletion
Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email from your registered account email address to privacy@mystorybookai.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'.
Verification & Processing
Upon identity verification, our team will permanently delete your user account, profile details, created storybooks, images, PDFs, and authentication records from our database and cloud storage.
Completion Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once all your data has been permanently purged from our systems.
Data Covered by Deletion
- User account identifiers (Cognito User ID, registered email address)
- Child profile inputs and story prompt ideas
- Generated storybooks, text revisions, illustrations, and exported PDF files
- Social login tokens and third-party authentication associations (Facebook, Google)
- Login sessions and detailed usage transaction history
