These Terms of Service ('Terms') set forth the conditions and agreement between you ('User') and My Storybook ('we', 'our', or 'Service') regarding your access to and use of the platform.

By accessing or using My Storybook, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions herein.

2. Description of Service

My Storybook provides an AI-powered personalized storybook creation platform where users can generate custom children's stories, tailored illustrations, exportable PDFs, and online reading experiences.

We continually improve and update our features, and may add, modify, or discontinue certain features with reasonable notice.

3. Account & Registration

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• If a minor uses the service, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

4. Credits, Pricing & Billing

• AI generation features consume platform Credits as displayed in the workspace.
• Payment transactions are processed securely through accredited third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
• Due to the nature of digital generative AI services, purchased Credits are generally non-refundable once delivered.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

• You retain all ownership rights in the text, prompts, and personal details you provide to the platform.
• Subject to these Terms, you may freely view, download, print, and share your generated storybooks for personal and family use.
• Users must not submit prompts or content that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using My Storybook, users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or public order.
• Generating violent, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or child-harmful content.
• Attempting unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, or disrupting system servers and networks.
• Reselling or commercializing API access without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Because My Storybook utilizes artificial intelligence models, we do not warrant that all generated text and imagery are completely error-free or factually accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Storybook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
